Galglass have been manufacturing Digester tanks since the mid 1980's and these have been supplied throughout the UK. In recent years, Galglass have developed a unique range of standardised Digester roofs that can be supplied with Stainless Steel panels, Fusion Bonded Epoxy Coated Steel panels or Glass Coated Steel panels. We are also able to offer various materials throughout the Digester shell (black steel, Galvanised Steel, Epoxy Steel and Glass Coated Steel). We also offer a 316 grade stainless steel roof. During the last 5 years, we have invested heavily in our Fusion Bonded Epoxy Coated Steel panel plant and are now able to offer a Digester shell and roof system that is guaranteed free from pin-holes and imperfections with up to 1500v surface testing (Zero discontinuities @ 1500 V) and we also test all of our Glass Coated Steel Panels defect free up to 1500v. In the UK, we are a full contracting and design specialist in Concrete tanks and offer a very quick and effective pan pour system which is perfectly suited to the new 'in-wall' heating system we have pioneered to compliment our digester and integral gas storage roof systems. In general, we are a 30 year established, UK based manufacturing company; specialising in the production and distribution of Liquid Storage tanks for use on all types of treatment plants including Sewage Plants, Power Stations and RO Plants. We are also able to offer bulk storage silos and Fire Sprinkler, Fire Suppression and Fire Fighting tanks fully certified to FM and LPCB alongside other specialised storage vessels should these be required. As an ISO 9001 company, we are fully transparent with our testing and quality procedures and offer full flexibility in our systems to cater for all levels of certification. We have great experience in international Petrochemical and HSE standards and provide a full service to ensure the smooth flow of projects from order to commissioning. In addition to our tank supply (which can be available ex-works, delivered to port, or delivered unloaded at site), we also offer a full A-Z contract management package including site-work, installation and commissioning, as well as supervision packages and on-site training.
